Abstract

: Humans are social beings who were created to relate to each other and need help from others in completing their daily needs. In Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency, there are installment mubeng, namely people who offer household goods to the community, especially mothers, by paying in installments. In practice, the creditor will order goods from the debtor, and the goods will be delivered the next day. Installment payments are made every week, and the amount is not specified, but according to the ability of the creditor. In installments every week it will be deducted for administrative needs, the amount of which is not specified, because this deduction is in accordance with the wishes of the debtor. The formulation of the problem that is the focus of this research, first is about how Islamic law reviews the sale and purchase contracts carried out by cicil mubeng in Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency? secondly, how is the review of Islamic law on the installment payment system implemented by installment mubeng in Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. As for the type of this research, including field research (field research) while the approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The analytical method used in this study is the inductive method. From this study it can be concluded that first, the contract in the practice of buying and selling installments of mubeng in Munggung Village is not in accordance with the principles of buying and selling because there are pillars that have not been fulfilled, namely the desired goods do not arrive on time, because the goods will be sent to the house the next day. Second, the mubeng installment payment system in Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorgo Regency, is not in accordance with Islamic law. Because each installment payment is subject to a fee deduction, the amount of which is not clear according to the wishes of the debtor, and there is no transparency related to repayment
