Zakat merupakan kewajiban umat islam yang sudah memenuhi nisbah. Zakat merupakan ibadah mulia yang mempunyai dimensi fungsi sosial ekonomi dan merupakan solidaritas sosial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana sistem pelaporan keuangan zakat berbasis teknologi informasi sebagai transparansi pengelolaan keuangan di BAZNAS Gresik. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian bahwa BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik sudah transparan, pada website BAZNAS sudah update tiap bulannya khususnya terkait laporan keuangannya. BAZNAS Kabupaten Gresik tidak hanya transparan melalui teknologi informasi saja, tetapi juga melalui media elektronik dan melalui media cetak. Dalam hal kepercayaan donasi, muzakki pasti lebih memilih lembaga amil zakat yang transparansi. Semakin tinggi tingkat transparansi lembaga amil zakat tersebut, semakin tinggi tingkat kepercayaan muzakki atau donator dalam penyumbangan dananya dan masyarakat percaya bahwa organisasi yang mengelola zakatnya telah melaksanakan amanat yang dibebankan dengan benar dan tepat.

PERAN BUM DESA DALAM PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN MATERIAL DI ERA PANDEMI

This study aims to determine the Role of BUM Desa in Improving Community Material Welfare in the Pandemic Era. Qualitative methods were used to analyze research results and collect data through interviews with village heads, heads of BUM Desa, BUM Desa administrators and village communities. The results of the research are the role of BUM Desa in improving the material welfare of the community in the pandemic era through: 1) The general trading unit plays the role of: a) accommodating village products produced by village communities for marketing; b) provide stationery and office supplies for school and office needs; c) LPG suppliers for retail traders; d) Providing fertilizer for the needs of farmers. 2) Market Unit plays a role; a) provide convenience to the village community in meeting their daily needs in the form of staples and other needs; b). Providing opportunities for people to develop themselves to become entrepreneurs; c). There was interaction between the people in the village.

PENGARUH STORE ATMOSPHERE ISLAMI TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN (Studi pada Cafe & Resto Angonjiwo Gresik)

This study was conducted to determine the influence of Islamic store atmosphere on purchasing decisions at Cafe & Resto Angonjiwo Gresik. The analysis technique used in this study is quantitative with simple linear regression analysis. The population in this study is consumers who visit Cafe & Resto Angonjiwo Gresik, with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, interviews and documentation. This study used nonprobability sampling techniques with sampling methods used accidental/incidental sampling. Based on the results of the study in the partial test, it shows that the variable store atmosphere Islamic (X) with a calculated t value of 15.999 and Sig. of 0.000. Meanwhile, it is known that the table t value is 2.010, so the hypothesis test in this study is known Sig. value for the influence of Islamic store atmosphere on purchasing decisions of 0.000 < 0.05 and t value count 15.999 > 2.010 so that it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means that the Islamic store atmosphere variable affects purchasing decisions at Cafe &; Resto Angonjiwo Gresik. The results of the coefficient of determination analysis obtained an R square Square value of 0.842, meaning that the contribution of the independent variable (Islamic store atmosphere) to the dependent variable (purchase decision) is expressed in percentage of 84% and the remaining 16% is influenced by other factors

: Humans are social beings who were created to relate to each other and need help from others in completing their daily needs. In Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency, there are installment mubeng, namely people who offer household goods to the community, especially mothers, by paying in installments. In practice, the creditor will order goods from the debtor, and the goods will be delivered the next day. Installment payments are made every week, and the amount is not specified, but according to the ability of the creditor. In installments every week it will be deducted for administrative needs, the amount of which is not specified, because this deduction is in accordance with the wishes of the debtor. The formulation of the problem that is the focus of this research, first is about how Islamic law reviews the sale and purchase contracts carried out by cicil mubeng in Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency? secondly, how is the review of Islamic law on the installment payment system implemented by installment mubeng in Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. As for the type of this research, including field research (field research) while the approach used is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observation and documentation. The analytical method used in this study is the inductive method. From this study it can be concluded that first, the contract in the practice of buying and selling installments of mubeng in Munggung Village is not in accordance with the principles of buying and selling because there are pillars that have not been fulfilled, namely the desired goods do not arrive on time, because the goods will be sent to the house the next day. Second, the mubeng installment payment system in Munggung Village, Pulung District, Ponorgo Regency, is not in accordance with Islamic law. Because each installment payment is subject to a fee deduction, the amount of which is not clear according to the wishes of the debtor, and there is no transparency related to repayment
