This study aims to analyze how the multicultural values and diversity contained in the Javanese philosophy are integrated into deep learning approaches to strengthen students’ character education. The research uses an ethnographic approach to schooling with data collection methods through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of curriculum documents. The research location was chosen in three MIs in Central Java that implement learning based on local wisdom. The study results show that deep learning has become an effective medium for transforming the values of Bhineka Tunggal Ika into learning activities, primarily through collaborative projects, interactive discussions, and digital content developed by teachers. However, the main challenge lies in the limitations of technological infrastructure and the need for teacher training in designing AI-based materials. This study provides recommendations in the form of a deep learning-local wisdom integration model that is adaptive to the socio-cultural context of MI while emphasizing the importance of strengthening teacher capacity in 21st-century learning.
2025-06-15T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Anniez Rachmawati Musslifah, Saprolla Rollie Cale Deporos, Faqih Purnomosidihttps://jurnal.insida.ac.id/index.php/attadrib/article/view/924Innovation in Learning at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah: Integrating Islamic Values Amidst Tradition and Secular Modernity Debate2025-06-09T03:07:40+00:00Fuad Srinio[email protected]Maidatus Sholihah[email protected]Saliha Sebgag[email protected]
Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic Elementary School) faces the challenge of balancing preserving Islamic values with the demands of secular modernity in education. This gap creates a dilemma between educational goals focused on spirituality and morality and the need to meet the increasingly evolving global education standards. This study examines how Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) integrates Islamic values into learning while remaining relevant to modern educational demands. The method used is qualitative, with case studies conducted at several Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Indonesia. Data was collected through interviews with school principals, teachers, and students and direct observation of classroom activities. The findings show that madrasahs have successfully implemented learning innovations such as using technology, project-based approaches, and strengthening community involvement. These innovations allow the integration of Islamic values with secular subjects without compromising religious principles. This holistic learning focuses on character development, critical skills, and forming student identities that balance spiritual and intellectual aspects. The discussion of these findings reveals that the success lies in the madrasahs’ ability to adapt the curriculum to support students’ moral and intellectual development while preparing them to face modern world challenges. This study shows that madrasahs can produce a generation that is religiously deep and ready to compete in the global educational arena.
2025-06-20T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Fuad Srinio, Maidatus Sholihah, Saliha Sebgaghttps://jurnal.insida.ac.id/index.php/attadrib/article/view/929Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Role Playing Terhadap Keterampilan Berbicara Peserta Didik Kelas IV Madrasah Ibtidaiyah2025-06-13T03:42:18+00:00Fitri Ramadhani[email protected]Nirwana Anas[email protected]
This study aims to explore how the role playing learning model can improve students’ speaking skills in Indonesian language lessons at the Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (Islamic elementary school) level. Using comics, teachers can create more interactive and enjoyable learning experiences that help students grasp moral and social values. This research suggests that comic-based materials can be a valuable tool in the classroom. It encourages further exploration of using comics in other subjects to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
2025-06-24T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Benny Angga Permadi, Zohaib Hassan Sain, Chreso University, Ashimatul Alaihttps://jurnal.insida.ac.id/index.php/attadrib/article/view/909Efikasi diri dan Dukungan Sosial Keluarga Terhadap Pengambilan Keputusan Karir Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas: Sebuah Studi Systematic Literature Review2025-06-05T01:24:41+00:00Kamila Soraya[email protected]Dede Rahmat Hidayat [email protected]Aip Badrujaman[email protected]
Self-Efficacy in career decision making is an individual's belief that he or she is able to complete tasks related to career decision making. Then family social support becomes one of the obstacles for students in making career decisions. In previous studies, many studies conducted analyses related to Self-Efficacy and family social support with students' career decision making focusing on correlational research and case studies. However, there is still a lack of research using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). This study aims to determine the effect of the Self-Efficacy variable on career decision making through the SLR method. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review method by reviewing articles from 2020-2025 published in Google Scholar, PubMed, and Semantic Scholar. The research design uses the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Literature Reviews and Meta-Analysis (PRISMA) guidelines. The results of the study showed that self-efficacy and family social support have a positive contribution to students' career decision making. Increasing self-efficacy and family support can improve students' career decision-making abilities. Students' self-confidence in their ability to understand the concept of career decision making will determine how well they understand the concept.
2025-06-30T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Kamila Soraya, Dede Rahmat Hidayat , Aip Badrujamanhttps://jurnal.insida.ac.id/index.php/attadrib/article/view/921Pengaruh Model CIRC (Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition) Terhadap Kemampuan Membaca Pemahaman Siswa Kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah2025-06-08T23:04:23+00:00Windi Putri Arisqa[email protected]Nirwana Anas[email protected]
Reading comprehension is a crucial skill that significantly contributes to students’ academic success across various subjects. However, based on initial observations at MIS Miftahul Fallah Diski, it was found that many fifth-grade students still struggle to understand the content of reading materials, particularly in identifying main ideas and answering questions accurately. This study examines the effect of the Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) model on the reading comprehension skills of fifth-grade students. The research used a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental one-group pretest-posttest design. The sample consisted of 20 students selected through purposive sampling. The research instrument was an essay test that had been validated, and the data were analyzed using the Paired Sample t-test with SPSS version 25. The results showed an improvement in the average score from 43.55 on the pretest to 84 on the posttest, with a significance value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that the CIRC model has a substantial impact on enhancing students’ reading comprehension skills. This study suggests that teachers should consider applying cooperative learning models, such as CIRC, in teaching Indonesian, particularly when focusing on materials that emphasize reading comprehension. Thus, this model can be an effective teaching strategy to create an active, interactive, and collaborative learning environment at the elementary school level.
2025-07-01T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Windi Putri Arisqa, Nirwana Anashttps://jurnal.insida.ac.id/index.php/attadrib/article/view/918Determinasi Gaya Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah, Iklim Kerja Sekolah, Semangat Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru Sekolah Dasar 2025-06-06T00:35:44+00:00I Made Surya Restu Cahyono[email protected]I Made Sedana[email protected]I Gede Suwindia[email protected]
The phenomenon we observe is that some teachers remain reluctant to make teaching preparations, such as creating syllabi and lesson plans, and there is a less harmonious relationship between teachers and their colleagues. In addition, teachers are not successful in providing motivation to students and the minimal use of learning media. One solution that can be used to overcome this problem is to use pop up book media. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of using pop-up book media on students' learning motivation. The instrument used to measure the effect of motivation was a questionnaire given to students. The population in this study was 42 students. The sampling technique used total sampling, namely all populations were sampled. Data testing was carried out using normality tests, homogeneity tests, N-Gain tests and to answer the hypothesis using the Independent T.Test. The results of the hypothesis show that the value of a < sig is 0.001 < 0.05 which means that pop up book media has an effect on student learning motivation. In addition, the N-Gain acquisition shows that its influence is in the medium category. It can be concluded that Pop UP Book Learning Media has an effect on students' learning motivation in science learning at SDN 067258 Medan Amplas.
2025-07-09T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Mawaddah Nasution, Adiba Dwi Padya, Melyani Sari Sitepu, Karina Wanda, Lodiana Ayuhttps://jurnal.insida.ac.id/index.php/attadrib/article/view/961Pengaruh Penggunaan Media Audio Visual Dan Motivasi Belajar Terhadap Hasil Belajar IPA 2025-07-04T14:39:51+00:00Deni Eko Wahyu[email protected]Hartono Hartono[email protected]Suhari Suhari[email protected]
This study aims to analyze the effect of using audio-visual media and learning motivation on student learning outcomes in science (IPA) in the subject of green plants, with a specific focus on the process of photosynthesis. Using a quantitative approach with a 2x2 factorial experimental design, this study involved 40 fifth-grade students from SDN Inpres Maidai, divided into two groups based on the type of learning media (audio-visual and images) and level of learning motivation (high and low). The instruments used included achievement tests and motivation questionnaires that had been validated for validity and reliability. The results of the two-way ANOVA analysis revealed that both learning media and learning motivation had a significant influence on student learning outcomes (p < 0.05), with audio-visual media and high motivation contributing the most to academic achievement. However, no significant interaction was found between the two variables, indicating that learning media and learning motivation operate independently in influencing learning outcomes. These findings emphasize the importance of selecting appropriate learning media and strategies to enhance learning motivation as two separate yet complementary approaches in improving the effectiveness of science education at the elementary school level.
2025-07-12T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2025 Deni Eko Wahyu, Hartono Hartono, Suhari Suhari
